Job Summary:
This position involves registering invoices, planning transportation, validating documents, monitoring routes, and organizing and archiving correspondence.

**YOUR TYPICAL DAY:**
* Register invoice dispatches;
* Perform scheduling and planning routines for the transportation department;
* Validate documents;
* Monitor routes;
* Organize, archive, and control documents, reports, and correspondence.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Completed high school education;
* Basic Excel skills;
* Availability to work on holidays and Sundays as needed;
* Flexible working hours.
**AVAILABLE SHIFTS:**
* T2 \- 2:00 PM to 10:17 PM (Monday to Saturday);
* T3 \- 10:20 PM to 5:50 AM (Sunday to Friday).
