We are looking for a Systems Implementation Specialist to join our team at a technology and innovation startup focused on digital transformation in logistics, with software solutions that impact the logistics supply chain. For this role, hands-on experience in conducting training and implementing the GTI PLUG/WMS software is essential. We seek a candidate with excellent communication skills, clarity, and assertiveness. In essence, the selected candidate will be responsible for guiding customers through the GTI PLUG/WMS software implementation and training process. **Systems Implementation Specialist Responsibilities:** Conduct training sessions for customers. Guide customers through the GTI PLUG/WMS software implementation and training process. Serve as the primary post\-sales contact point. Support customers during online meetings for configuration, setup, and training. Deliver training sessions. Perform onboarding. Configure the system. Mediate requests. Ensure the best customer experience throughout the system delivery journey. Provide support and monitor system adoption and training schedules. **Requirements:** Experience in delivering training (Mandatory). Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields (Mandatory). Prior experience in customer training (Desirable). Experience in startups or SaaS (Software as a Service) companies (Desirable). Knowledge of SLAs and service levels (Mandatory). Knowledge of logistics (Mandatory). Proficiency in using and implementing the GTI PLUG/WMS software (Mandatory). Experience in software training and implementation (Desirable).
