**Responsibilities and Duties**
**As SESMT Coordinator, your main challenges will be:**
* Oversee activities of the Specialized Service in Occupational Safety Engineering and Occupational Medicine (SESMT), ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, safety policies, occupational health policies, and applicable legislation;
* Manage the SESMT team, conduct risk analyses, implement preventive programs, monitor audits, and provide technical support to units;
* Coordinate and monitor occupational safety and health (OSH) programs (e.g., PPRA/PGR, PCMSO);
* Lead accident investigations and implement corrective action plans;
* Ensure compliance with Regulatory Standards and other applicable legislation;
* Deliver mandatory training and educational initiatives;
* Supervise OSH performance indicators and report results to management;
* Serve as the Technical Responsible for SESMT, guaranteeing legal compliance of occupational safety and health processes and practices;
* Support operational units in safety, health, and inspection processes;
* Coordinate CIPA-related processes (establishment, elections, training).
**Requirements and Qualifications**
**We are looking for someone with:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering;
* Postgraduate degree/Specialization in Occupational Safety Engineering;
* Active registration with the relevant professional council;
* Proven experience in occupational safety and health (OSH) and SESMT (documented in CTPS or contract);
* Proficiency in Regulatory Standards;
* Knowledge of occupational health and labor legislation;
* Experience managing CIPA and implementing safety processes;
* Driver’s license category B;
* Willingness to travel;
* Conflict management, leadership, negotiation, communication, planning, persuasion, interpersonal relationships, systemic and strategic vision, and safety orientation.
**You’ll stand out if you have:**
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
* Willingness to share knowledge.
**Work Location and Schedule:**
* Senac Belo Horizonte/MG (on-site work);
* Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
