Job Summary: The Logistics Assistant is responsible for reviewing and analyzing orders, responding to customer inquiries regarding delivery timelines, and supporting the Logistics Supervisor to ensure smooth operational flow. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and communication with clients and carriers. 2. Essential support for logistics organization and workflow. 3. Opportunity to work with integrated systems and SAP. **What We Expect From You:** * Completed high school education. * Higher education in progress is desirable. * Experience working with external partners (suppliers and customers). * Knowledge of integrated systems. * SAP experience is a plus. * Advanced Excel skills. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. * Customer satisfaction orientation. **A Day in the Life of a Logistics Assistant:** * Reviews daily orders generated by the sales department, analyzes data consistency required in orders (addresses, phone numbers, delivery dates, references, availability, etc.), organizes orders chronologically, and releases them for billing. * Handles telephone inquiries from customers regarding delivery timelines. * Informs the Logistics Supervisor about any issues involving the picking team, operations, or products. * Assists the Logistics Supervisor in managing warehouse addressing activities (set-up, rotating inventories, etc). * Manages daily processing of canceled RSS orders. * Records merchandise discrepancies identified during goods picking. * Maintains good relationships and serves as the liaison with third-party carriers. * Collaborates with the Customer Service team to proactively prevent potential merchandise-related issues. * Reports merchandise-related incidents to the Logistics Supervisor and/or Logistics Manager. * Serves as the primary contact point at the Goods Pickup Counter. * Is responsible for their work equipment. * Adheres to safety regulations.
