Job Summary:
Logistics Analyst responsible for optimizing order picking and delivery processes, performing data analysis, and ensuring operational efficiency.

**Your Mission:**
* Analyzes orders via the picking dashboard and SAP system to ensure correct order allocation to pickers, resolving discrepancies during picking—such as stockouts, transportation order (TO) generation, batch identification, and distribution center assignment;
* Supervises assistants to ensure timely order picking completion up to invoice issuance. Evaluates pickup time and proposes improvements to optimize productivity and enhance customer satisfaction;
* Monitors delivery route planning, oversees vehicle loading, and ensures all orders scheduled for the day are available and ready for customer delivery;
* Handles requests logged by the Customer Service Center (CSC), analyzing restocking and pickup requests and resolving issues related to Return Authorizations (RA);
* Manages freight payment processing to carriers;
* Prepares managerial reports tracking logistics processes and performance indicators, and sends daily updates to management; demonstrates domain understanding through conducted analyses, revealing strong capability in identifying critical points;
* Supports and executes the company-defined inventory plan, identifies operational improvement projects, communicates them effectively, and ensures information reliability;
* Performs stock corrections when necessary, supporting and guiding the management assistant in daily stock control activities using system tools;
* Ensures all delivery discrepancies are reported to suppliers on the same day, tracks follow-ups, and keeps suppliers informed of pending return occurrences;
* Supports assistants in validating FOB freight charges, ensuring all are properly recorded for payment within established deadlines;
* Coordinates pallet and waste collection scheduling carefully, demonstrating sensitivity by avoiding such activities during peak operational hours in the section.

* Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields;
* Knowledge of logistics, products, warehouse management systems, and applicable legislation and regulations;
* Experience in data analysis.
