This professional must ensure that information entered into standard spreadsheets is complete, accurate, and compliant with established standards. Additionally, they will update evolutionary indicators to ensure information quality and proper data recording. Key Responsibilities: * **Report Updating:** Maintain periodic reports up to date, focusing on the evolution of logistics operations, tracking and reflecting real performance data. * **Data Consistency Analysis:** Validate data collected from the system, checking for possible inconsistencies and ensuring information accuracy for decision-making. * **Data Entry into Standard Spreadsheets:** Organize, enter, and maintain updated data in standardized spreadsheet formats, ensuring easy access and information consistency. * **Evolutionary Indicator Updating:** Monitor and update performance indicators (KPIs) to measure logistics operational efficiency and identify potential improvement areas. * **Information Quality Assurance:** Ensure all recorded and processed data comply with quality requirements and standards, providing reliability for analyses and reports. * **Power BI Proficiency:** Use tools such as Power BI to create dynamic reports, dashboards, and data visualizations supporting strategic decision-making. * **Advanced Excel Skills:** Apply advanced Excel knowledge, utilizing complex functions and formulas to optimize the analysis process and report generation. * **Data Analysis:** Conduct critical analysis of collected data, identifying patterns, trends, and insights contributing to continuous improvement of logistics operations.
