We constantly seek the best paths and remain committed to achieving optimal results. **Key Responsibilities:** * Fully manage branch operations, ensuring operational, financial, and unit-level performance and results. * Be accountable for budgeting, cost control (freight and operations), and economic outcomes, with direct interface to Regional Management. * Plan, coordinate, and monitor execution of operational and administrative schedules. * Ensure achievement of performance indicators through critical analysis and deployment of action plans. * Manage and monitor the company-owned fleet and affiliated carriers, ensuring productivity, safety, and compliance. * Conduct and oversee internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to standards, procedures, and legal requirements. * Implement management rituals via periodic team meetings to promote alignment, engagement, and results focus. * Develop and implement initiatives for **continuous improvement**, innovation, and optimization of operational processes using technology and automation. * Act as an agent of **branch digital transformation**, encouraging the use of systems, KPIs, analytical tools, and technological solutions to improve efficiency and quality. * Manage people and support team development. * Ensure all departments comply with established operational schedules and company standards. **Essential Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree (Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields) * Proven experience as a **Branch Manager** in the **Transportation and/or Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) Logistics** sector, with experience in **large-scale units handling high-volume operations**. * Leadership profile with strong operational presence, flexibility in working hours, excellent communication skills, and experience managing multidisciplinary teams. * Strategic and proactive approach, capable of developing the branch and strengthening relationships with peers and superiors. * Experience applying **technology to logistics management and operations**, with emphasis on efficiency, control, and decision-making. * Proficiency in management and analytical tools: * Microsoft Office * Power BI * ERP systems * Performance indicator tracking * Preference for **senior professionals residing in the Belo Horizonte metropolitan area**, due to regional knowledge and proximity. **Desirable Qualifications (Differentiators):** * Experience with **automated distribution conveyor systems (Sorter)**. * Experience with **ERP or Benner** (with emphasis on operations). * Practical experience in **continuous improvement projects**. * Involvement in proposing and implementing **internal process automation**. **Benefits:** * On-site meals * TIM mobile plan discount * Partnership with SEST SENAT * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Baby Kit • School Kit * Life Insurance (CCT) * Transportation allowance * Private pension plan * Bonus program * Gympass (corporate wellness platform offering access to a wide network of gyms, studios, health apps, therapy, and nutritionists) **More than a transportation company — we are Patrus.** **Build your career with us!** Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate Degree
