The Personnel Department Intern is an academically training professional who assists with personnel administration routines, developing technical and practical skills related to payroll management, labor calculations, and ancillary obligations. Working under direct supervision, this role provides support in basic activities while learning about the sector’s legal and practical requirements. **Prerequisites:** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or technical program in Accounting Sciences or Human Resources. **Responsibilities:** **Operational Routine Support:** * Assist in controlling and organizing employee documents and files, such as employment contracts and payslips. * Monitor hiring and termination processes, entering data and verifying documents. * Support maintaining employee records in payroll systems. **Legal Compliance Support:** * Assist in generating and verifying labor-related payment slips, such as FGTS, INSS, and IRRF. * Monitor submission of information to eSocial under supervision. * Support preparing reports and updating data to meet legal requirements. **Timekeeping and Benefits Management:** * Monitor and record data related to electronic and manual timekeeping systems. * Assist in managing benefits, such as transportation vouchers and meal allowances, by verifying and registering them in the system; **Monitoring and Development:** * Observe departmental processes to apply academic knowledge and enhance practical skills. * Participate in meetings and training sessions organized by the team.\"
