Job Summary:
Responsible for monitoring production processes, applying GMP, assisting in organizing Quality documents, conducting internal audits, and performing sensory analyses.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
1) Monitor production processes, ensuring compliance with established procedures;
2) Apply checklists for Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), hygiene, organization, and process control, with documentation and action plans;
3) Assist in controlling and organizing Quality documents (GMP Manual and SOPs);
4) Conduct internal audits with accurate decision-making, develop action plans, and verify completion;
5) Perform goods receiving, interpret test reports, and conduct sensory analysis of raw materials;
6) Periodically perform sensory analysis of products during processing and document results in reports;
7) Responsible for storage, evaluation, and monitoring of retained samples;
8) Generate and manage internal and external NC Reports (Non-Conformance Reports).
**REQUIREMENTS:**
1) Technical degree in Quality, Technical degree in Chemistry, Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Food Engineering, or related fields;
2) Organized, observant, and committed individual;
3) Strong communication skills and sense of responsibility;
4) Knowledge of GMP and Quality routines;
5) Ability to follow procedures and routines;
6) Periodically perform sensory analysis of products during processing and document results in reports;
Compensation: R$1.529,11 - R$2.543,86 per month
