We know only a motivated and collaborative team can deliver excellence. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience managing people; * Strong interpersonal skills; * Preferred: experience in dynamic companies with intense routines; * Experience in Logistics Operations and/or Transportation, process KPIs, productivity, damages, absenteeism, and turnover; * Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule; * Availability for 100% on-site work in Contagem \- MG; **Address:** Avenida General David Sarnoff, 3445, Modules 01 and 02, Warehouse 4, Cidade Industrial, Contagem\-MG; * Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 07:00 \- 15:20\. **Responsibilities:** * Oversee cargo receipt, processing (route planning), and dispatch of all packages, as well as delivery monitoring, adhering to all operational and safety procedures within agreed timelines. * Maintain clear communication with the delivery workforce, understanding challenges and opportunities for improvement regarding service quality, processes, and delivery route optimization, aiming to enhance engagement and relationships with delivery personnel, improve delivery quality, and reduce costs. * Support analysis with the immediate manager on operational KPIs, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and routines within the assigned scope using Google tools and databases (Looker, WMS, Kibana, ARCO, and Grafana), to identify operational deviations and develop action plans. * Perform daily agency routine management based on updated information from the Quality Area Dashboard and Daily Safety Dialogue (DDS), ensuring the team stays informed on internal KPIs and promptly corrects process deviations. * Support execution of quality audits and self-assessments alongside the immediate manager, providing operational data so the manager can complete checklists and formulate action plans based on non-conformities and deviations. * Monitor daily route quality metrics via Grafana and ARCO to ensure proper package allocation and direct adjustments for assistant execution. * Monitor transfer receipts through communication with support areas (Planning, Control, and Transportation) via established communication channels, reporting operational needs. * Manage inventory control for supplies, materials, and equipment, requesting necessary items through available platforms to ensure smooth and safe operations. * Support the immediate leadership in managing work schedules, absenteeism, and vacation time for the assigned team, reporting any required assistance to the manager. * Manage tools, resources, and development initiatives for the team, promoting actions to comply with safety, quality, and health standards, facilitating training to ensure operational efficiency, process stability, and team engagement. **Benefits:** * Meal and food allowance via Flash card or on-site cafeteria (subject to regional policy and current guidelines); * Transportation allowance, with up to 6% salary deduction; routing handled by a specialized external provider based on the Logger’s registered address; * Health Insurance: Monthly premium fully covered by Loggi, with co-payment for simple exams and consultations, including coverage for children up to age 21 (or up to age 24 if enrolled in university); * Dental Insurance: 100% covered by Loggi, including coverage for children up to age 21 (or up to age 24 if enrolled in university); * Remote Work Allowance: For those working remotely or in hybrid mode; * Childcare allowance for children up to age 5; * Allowance for children with disabilities: subject to documentation, validated CID report, and approval/other requirements; * Maternity/Paternity Leave: 6 months for mothers and 20 days for fathers; * Pharmacy Benefit Plan: Subsidy with discounts at accredited pharmacy networks across Brazil; * Life Insurance; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass): Access to various gyms, sports, and classes; * Support through partnerships for physical and mental health care; * Galena: Exclusive educational discounts and scholarships across numerous courses offered by institutions nationwide (extended to Loggers’ children and spouses); * Payroll-deducted loan (eligible after 3 months of employment); * Loggi 4Free: Send your own packages with us (capped at R$ 200/month); * (If eligible) Incentive Program (PLR or Bonus) per current policy, applied according to position seniority.
