Inventory Analyst

Description

Job Summary: Responsible for coordinating inventories, analyzing inventory reports, controlling inventory turnover, monitoring merchandise flow, and generating performance indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination and execution of cyclic and general inventories. 2. Analysis of inventory discrepancy reports and adjustment of inventory balances. 3. Inventory turnover control, coverage level monitoring, and obsolescence management. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and execute cyclic (daily/weekly) and general inventories. * Analyze inventory discrepancy reports and adjust balances in the ERP system. * Control inventory turnover, coverage levels, obsolescence, and reorder points (minimum/maximum stock). * Monitor goods receipt and dispatch to ensure integrity of inbound and outbound data. * Generate departmental performance indicators (accuracy, losses, returns). * Monitor and manage fixed assets. * Experience with integrated management systems (SAP and WMS preferred). * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Ability to train new employees. * Interface with Quality, Procurement, Production, and Facilities departments.
