* Greet customers, welcoming everyone without judgment, being authentic and seeking eye contact; * Inform customers about the store, explaining its areas and the self-service model offered by the brand; * Ensure a satisfying customer experience through negotiations, encouraging product trials; * Restock products sold in the store daily, according to the Linx system report; * Conduct daily product verification, checking for labels, security tags, and pricing in accordance with the current campaign; * Provide weekly support for window display setup, engagement area, and store layout, following VM team guidelines. * Assist in organizing warehouse products and monitor daily stock availability to guide sales based on current offerings; * Prospect customers (via phone call, email, and WhatsApp); * Perform after-sales activities (via phone call, email, and WhatsApp); * Collaborate closely with peers to ensure effective communication and customer service; * Identify products with the highest margin and those with the highest turnover; * Notify management of opportunities to complement the product mix to meet demand; * Close the customer experience by thanking them and requesting feedback and participation in the NPS survey; * Maintain store organization and cleanliness according to established standards; * Support all store leadership, monitor daily sales and performance indicators, and keep the team informed about them; * Occasionally record customer purchases and collect corresponding payments for debit/credit (mobile) or cash transactions. * Guide and train new employees on store procedures, products, organization, and operations. * Proactively address customer needs and internally report them to the manager and supporting departments. * Provide assistance and resolve customer issues. * Identify customer opportunities and needs, plan action strategies, and consistently deliver excellent service and improvements to sales processes. * Responsible for store opening and closing in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. * Responsible for cash register opening and closing in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. * Report daily occurrences and sales to the manager in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. * Perform other duties as requested by the immediate supervisor.
