Job Summary: A finance and controller professional focused on budget management, expense analysis, and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Budget management and FP&A (Financial Cycle) 2. Advanced financial modeling for M&A, Capex, and new businesses 3. Cost/expense analysis and control with focus on optimization **Key Responsibilities:** * Budget Management and FP\&A (Financial Cycle): Support the development of the Annual Budget; * (Budget) and revisions (Forecast); perform monthly managerial closing, ensuring data integrity and providing detailed explanations of variances (Actual vs. Budget) to senior management; * Efficiency Management and Expense Reduction: Critically monitor expense lines (SG\&A) and fixed costs; proactively identify deviations and cost-saving opportunities (Savings) through account-level and cost-center analysis; * Strategic Finance and Feasibility: Develop advanced financial models for M\&A, Capex, and new businesses (NPV, IRR, Payback); simulate economic scenarios to support investment decisions by the CEO/CFO; * Managerial Reporting and KPIs: Ensure accuracy of financial metrics (EBITDA, Margin, Cash Flow) and prepare executive presentations that translate numbers into business insights. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Controller, Finance, or Engineering; * Postgraduate degree in Finance, Controller, or related fields is desirable; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Solid experience in FP\&A (Financial Planning), Budgeting (Budget/Forecast), and Actual vs. Budget analysis; experience in cost/expense analysis and control (focus on waste identification and accounting variances); experience in financial modeling for project and investment feasibility (Valuation, Payback); strong understanding of managerial P&L structure, cash flow statements, and accounting classifications.
