If you seek a welcoming environment with learning opportunities and great pride in being part of something meaningful… this position is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist Physical Education professionals in attending students, parents, and guardians using club facilities and participating in sports schools and leisure activities; * Assist Physical Education professionals in beach tennis, functional kids, futsal, soccer, hydrogymnastics, swimming, tennis, and volleyball classes for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors; * Assist Physical Education professionals in designing and implementing sports, recreational, and leisure activities for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors; * Assist Physical Education professionals in developing students’ lesson plans based on functional assessments, ensuring proper development and monitoring physical progress to prevent injuries and muscle strain; * Assist students during beach tennis, functional kids, futsal, soccer, hydrogymnastics, swimming, tennis, and volleyball classes for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors to ensure correct exercise execution; * Assist in planning and executing PIC’s sports, recreational, and social events, conveying necessary information to participants as per pre-established guidelines; * Ensure student learning and motivation to support long-term development, while creating an enjoyable and relaxed environment for activities; * Maintain the cleanliness and optimal condition of the work environment and equipment; * Report to Physical Education professionals any incidents beyond your control so that appropriate actions may be taken by your immediate supervisor, in accordance with internal policies; * Perform other tasks as required by the department and instructions from your immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Must have completed Anatomy and Motor Development courses; * Customer service skills; * Interpersonal relationship skills; * Ability to work under pressure; * Commitment; * Effective communication; * Dynamism (including vigor, speed, energy, vitality); * Flexibility; * Ability to work in a team; * Initiative; * Ethics; * Planning (including organization). **Additional Information** * Happy Day; * Transportation Allowance; * Weekend and holiday lunch provided at the company; * SESC Membership; * Life Insurance. Born from a dream, the **PAMPULHA IATE CLUBE** was conceived to offer a grand and exuberant setting. It is a distinctive club renowned for housing one of the country’s largest sports complexes and extensive green areas. Its bold design bears the signatures of three great masters: Oscar Niemeyer, Cândido Portinari, and Roberto Burle Marx, whose beautiful gardens frame its more than 70,000 square meters. Sixty years ago, the city paused to await the inauguration of this new club, which took place on January 26, 1961, attended by twenty thousand people, including then-Senator Juscelino Kubitscheck, who served as ceremony patron. PIC enjoys the highest reputation among Minas Gerais society and is part of the capital’s history. Nationally recognized for its sophistication and social importance, PIC has become a benchmark for high-quality leisure — a legacy built upon a brilliant past founded on solid principles. Each of the 13 presidents who have led the club left their mark and worked tirelessly, with love and dedication, for the PIC cause.
