Support processes such as leave of absence and social security benefits **Responsibilities:** * Provide social services and apply Social Work techniques according to company needs; * Prepare diagnoses, reports, and intervention plans for employees; * Follow up on cases related to psychosocial, financial, and health issues; * Conduct home visits when necessary; * Advise employees and their families regarding rights, benefits, and support in cases of illness or death; * Support processes such as leave of absence, hospitalization, social security benefits, and rehabilitation; * Develop and coordinate social, educational, and integration initiatives; * Maintain updated records of service provision and prepare periodic reports; * Collaborate with external institutions (e.g., INSS, hospitals, SESI).
