Maintenance of organized and up-to-date documentation ### **Claims Support Representative** **Job Description:** We are seeking a **Claims Support Representative** to join our team! This professional will be responsible for supporting members and third parties by opening and managing claims with clarity, empathy, and efficiency, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the entire process. **Responsibilities and Activities:** * Provide in-person, telephone, and email support to members and third parties, prioritizing in-person and telephone interactions; * Update internal spreadsheets for management control and follow-up; * Register claim openings in the system, ensuring accurate data entry; * Identify required terms and documents for claim initiation, sending them and tracking their return; * Request inspections when applicable and route the process to the Analysis department; * Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation for processes in the system (SGA) and on the internal network; * Forward completed files to the Claims Assistant, who is responsible for routing them to the Analyst for process handling. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proficiency with systems and digital tools; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and attention to detail; * Prior customer service experience is considered a plus. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: **08:00 AM to 06:00 PM** * Alternate Saturdays: **08:00 AM to 12:00 PM** **Compensation and Benefits:** * Base salary: **R$ 1.628,63** * Performance bonus: **R$ 300,00** * Meal allowance: **R$ 21.00/day** * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy (when applicable) **After 90 days of probation:** * Dental plan – Amil * Health insurance – Usisaúde * TotalPass * Clube Certo – Benefits and discounts Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
