Job Summary: An HR professional to work on recruitment, selection, onboarding, employee monitoring, and benefits and uniform management. Key Highlights: 1. Carry out recruitment and selection activities 2. Monitor employees 3. Manage benefits and uniform organization * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM or from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Meal allowance: BRL 25.73 + Transportation allowance or Fuel allowance + Wellhub (formerly Gympass) + Education incentive * Responsibilities: Execute tasks related to recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes; Monitor employees during their probationary period; Manage and verify electronic timekeeping records; Administer benefits such as meal, transportation, and related allowances; Coordinate with the IT team for installation and updates of computers and laptops used by employees; Manage control and organization of company uniforms; Support the planning and execution of internal marketing initiatives. Other duties relevant to the role.
