FCamara is seeking a Python Systems Developer to partner with a client in the banking sector—a forward-thinking company undertaking multiple projects. **Responsibilities and Duties** Tasks the professional will perform. * Discuss and thoroughly understand requirements gathering and process mapping, with a focus on automating activities using Python, RPA tools, and other applicable technologies for each discussed scenario; * Conduct meetings and/or surveys, and leverage existing inputs to fully grasp the business context and respective processes; * Align with the client team’s Product Owner (PO); * Implement development solutions primarily using Python, but also utilizing other tools such as Airflow and adopted automation platforms; * Design and execute test scenarios for automation implementations; * Perform deployment processes for QA and PROD environments; * Create and maintain documentation, including up-to-date evidence of user acceptance testing (UAT) and sign-off; * Monitor and provide support for robotic processes; * Provide feedback to the project team regarding necessary adjustments to deliverables aimed at mitigating or preventing production failures; * Follow established monitoring and incident response procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Hard Skills:** * Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) platforms such as Automation Anywhere (A360 preferred), UiPath, Blue Prism, or similar; * Minimum 2 years of experience developing systems using Python or Selenium; alternatively, at least 1 year of experience with other programming languages such as Java, Microsoft technologies, or others; * Experience and knowledge of Apache Airflow (minimum 1 year); * Experience working with cloud services, preferably AWS; * Familiarity with Kubernetes is desirable; * Ability to analyze functional and technical requirements. **Soft Skills:** * Proactive problem-solver who enjoys researching and identifying alternative solutions; * Excellent communication skills; * A collaborative and motivating team player who inspires colleagues when facing team challenges; * Proactivity. **Here at FCamara, we are \#OrangeBlood!** We have been operating in the market for 17 years, partnering closely with our clients to deliver transformative experiences.
