Here, you will find real development opportunities within a collaborative and continuously transforming environment. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Lead end-to-end selection processes for positions at various levels, aligning with leadership on technical and behavioral profiles; * Conduct proactive and targeted talent hunting using AI, advanced search tools, and profile analysis; * Develop and present talent market diagnostics; * Act as a strategic partner to leadership, helping design recruitment solutions aligned with business needs; * Conduct competency-based interviews, behavioral assessments, and organizational culture fit evaluations; * Monitor and report on HR\&S performance metrics, focusing on continuous improvement; * Contribute to employer brand strengthening initiatives and talent attraction efforts for technical and strategic industrial roles; * Actively participate in Talent Acquisition transformation projects, applying an innovative mindset and data-driven approaches. ### **Technical Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * ADVANCED English (mandatory); * Solid experience in Recruitment and Selection, with focus on mid-level, strategic, and critical positions; * Knowledge of competency-based interviews, behavioral assessments, and market mapping; * Experience with HR\&S metrics, ATS systems, and tools such as Advanced Excel, Power BI, or equivalents; * Participation in EVP, employer branding, and diversity and inclusion initiatives; * Familiarity with people analytics practices and automation of selection processes. ### **Behavioral Profile** * Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels; * Strong organizational and planning skills, with capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; * Discretion and commitment to confidentiality of sensitive information; * Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities; * Proactivity, curiosity, and desire to learn and develop. ### **Benefits** * On-site meals * Health insurance with co-payment * Commuter allowance * Profit-sharing program (PL) * Christmas bonus * Parking * Gympass * Partnership with sports clubs/multi-sport facilities * Life insurance * Dental plan Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Languages: * English (Advanced)
