Job Summary: A professional responsible for receiving healthcare customers, identifying non-conformities, and classifying potential criminal actions, ensuring safety and organization within the hospital environment. Key Highlights: 1. Receive and identify non-conformities, ensuring security. 2. Control the entry/exit of materials and screen people at the hospital. 3. Assist customers facing difficulties and follow standard procedures. Description: Required: Completed Elementary Education Receive visitors within the premises of Grupo Hapvida Notre Dame Intermédica, identifying non-conformities with regulations, processes, and procedures, as well as classifying potential external and/or internal criminal actions. Receive healthcare customers at the hospital's Main Entrance, providing convenience in accordance with job responsibilities, thereby maintaining visual harmony at the workplace. Responsibilities and Duties * Monitor the release of newborns; * Prevent unauthorized individuals from entering operational areas and/or units; * Identify breaches of processes and procedures; * Control the entry/exit of materials and equipment in the unit; * Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP); * Screen beneficiaries, visitors, employees, service providers, and others; * Receive healthcare customers at facilities; * Assist healthcare customers with mobility difficulties; * Perform other related duties as determined by the supervisor. 251210020218691383
