Conduct institutional patrols and assist internal and external customers CLT Contagem / MG ##### **Description** Supervise and control the entry and exit of people; receive, identify, and direct people to their desired location; open and close institutional facilities; guide the public regarding regulations and access to hospital facilities; take over shift by reviewing critical information for the start of work; control visitor flow to private rooms, wards, and ICU during designated hours; use all department-predefined forms to ensure institutional security; assist internal and external customers in person or by phone, providing information and guidance\-them; conduct institutional patrols at scheduled times; register and issue temporary ID badges for employees; report non-conformities to immediate supervisor; inform internal customers about visitor access to administrative departments, among other area routines. ##### **Requirements** * High school diploma completed / Prior experience as a security guard or in customer service required / Security or guard training desirable. \*\* This position is open to persons with disabilities (PCD) \*\* ##### **Benefits** * Transportation allowance * Meals provided at the workplace * Attendance bonus * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Job Posting Date: 12/01/2026
