Prior experience in the healthcare sector is desirable. **Responsibilities**: The professional will be responsible for the accounting area (financial closing, reconciliations, financial statements, coordination with external auditors, and accounting compliance); tax and fiscal matters (calculation and monitoring of tax obligations, tax planning, and risk mitigation); costs and pricing (structuring and monitoring of clinical and operational costs, pricing formation, profitability analysis, and support for strategic decisions); valuation and financial intelligence (economic\-financial analyses, modeling, feasibility studies, and support for strategic and expansion projects); internal controls (strengthening of processes, operational and financial compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement of corporate controls); and HR department (managerial liaison): oversight of payroll-related processes, labor charges, and labor compliance, aligned with the responsible department. **Requirements**: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields; solid technical knowledge in controller functions, managerial accounting, corporate finance, and internal controls; experience in process structuring; strong experience in team management and leadership of cross-functional projects. Prior experience in the healthcare sector is desirable, especially in hospital operations, clinics, health insurance providers, or healthcare networks.
