Job Summary:
The PCP Assistant supports production planning and control by monitoring inventory, scheduling orders, tracking progress, and preparing reports.

**PCP Assistant (Production Planning and Control)**
**Main Responsibilities**
* Assist in planning productive activities, defining products, deadlines, and quantities.
* Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory levels to ensure adequacy.
* Support production order scheduling to optimize resource utilization (machines, equipment, and labor).
* Track production progress, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements.
* Prepare and update production, efficiency, and performance indicator (KPI) reports.
* Maintain integrated communication with sales, procurement, and logistics departments to align demand forecasts.
* Assist in quality verification of products during the production process.
* Perform administrative tasks such as spreadsheet completion and organization of technical documents.
**Requirements**
* Basic knowledge of production planning and control.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
* Organized profile, detail-oriented, and proactive.
* Prior experience in the industrial sector or in PCP is desirable.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
* Interest in professional development within the production field.
* Familiarity with ERP systems or industrial management software.
Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws)
Salary: R$1.770,00 – R$2.500,00 per month
