




Beverage Preparation: * **Mixology and recipes:** Know and apply various preparation techniques, such as shaking, stirring, and garnishing with fruits or herbs, to create cocktails. * **Beverage knowledge:** Master knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and other beverages, including non-alcoholic options. * **Equipment usage:** Operate bar equipment—such as shakers, blenders, and jiggers—ensuring precision and quality. Customer Service and Experience: * **Greeting and service:** Greet customers promptly, take orders accurately, and deliver high-quality, personalized service. * **Communication:** Engage customers intelligently, demonstrating expertise and empathetic listening to foster a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. * **Visual presentation:** Serve drinks that not only taste excellent but are also visually appealing—potentially incorporating showmanship, such as flair bartending or flame techniques. Bar Management and Operations: * **Organization:** Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment for both staff and customers. * **Inventory management:** Assist in inventory control to ensure sufficient stock of beverages and supplies to meet customer demand. * **Transaction processing:** Accurately process cash and credit card transactions. * **Legal compliance:** Adhere to all local and national laws governing the sale of alcoholic beverages.
