Come and join us. \#sanguelaranja! **About the Role and Mission** You will join our Lifecycle team as a Technology Lead, leading a team and being responsible for operational management, technical decisions, and team development—enabling strategic focus on the company's global expansion. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:** * Conducting one\-on\-ones and team performance evaluations; * Defining technical architecture and coding standards; * Planning sprints and monitoring daily progress; * Performing code reviews and ensuring delivery quality; * Implementing agile processes and optimizing CI/CD workflows; * Participating in support meetings and creating release notes; * Aligning with international stakeholders on status and requirements; * Communicating project status and blockers in English to global leadership. **What We’re Looking For** **Required:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in technical leadership or Squad Lead roles; * Intermediate English proficiency for meetings, status communication, and documentation. **Preferred:** * Experience in financial sector companies; * Experience with monitoring tools; * Experience with AWS, CI, and monitoring tools; * Experience with Kafka topics and queues (SQS); * Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases; * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); * Knowledge of Java and microservices; * Prior experience managing hybrid teams (internal and third-party). **Benefits** * Meal allowance and food voucher * Health and dental insurance * Life insurance * Baby On Board and Nursing Room * Extended parental leave * Childcare/babysitting allowance and/or allowance for children with disabilities * Wellhub and Inter Running Group * CARE4U Space (Belo Horizonte): self-care services at exclusive rates, decompression area, games, and mini-golf course * Benefits within our SuperApp, such as Duo Gourmet * Inter Prime Card * Internal training and development programs **Selection Process Steps** * Resume screening. * Assessments. * HR interview. * Technical test (when required). * Leadership interview. * Job offer (Offer). **\#VemproInter!!!** At Inter, the future isn’t a distant place.
