Job Summary: Professional responsible for approaching customers for cargo pickup and delivery, verifying fiscal documentation, loading/unloading cargo, and assisting the driver. Key Highlights: 1. Assisting the driver and maintaining a clean work environment **Job Purpose** Approach customers for cargo pickup and delivery, receive and verify fiscal documentation, and load cargo onto the truck. **Requirements** Education: Completed elementary school Skills: Productivity, organization, interpersonal communication, agility, attention to detail, and task comprehension **Desired Competencies** Completed high school; residence near Califórnia neighborhood; easy access to the workplace. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Load vehicles for cargo delivery; * Approach customers politely and professionally, correctly identifying oneself and announcing the service; * Verify cargo and pickup/delivery documentation; * Request receipt and documentation for delivered and/or collected cargo; * Assist by answering the driver's mobile phone for general inquiries; * Maintain the internal work environment clean and organized; * Update the driver on the route itinerary whenever receiving calls for new services; * Label cargo according to the fiscal document at the time of pickup; * Contact the company in case of doubts or non-conformities; * Assist the driver with street maneuvers; * Perform cargo arrangement, securing, and tarping; * Provide internal and external customer service as required by the company; * Attend company-mandated training and refresher courses; * Actively participate in Total Quality Management processes. **Salary and Benefits** Competitive salary, meal allowance, transportation allowance, life insurance, co-payment health plan, dental plan, profit-sharing program, partnerships with universities (Anhanguera and Anima), attendance bonus. ***We believe in Inclusion!
