INTERNSHIP \- IPHAC serves as an internship integration agent, linking Educational Institutions and Host Organizations (employers) to support student (intern) development for productive employment. HR SERVICES \- IPHAC partners with companies to conduct outsourced recruitment processes; after interviews, top candidates are submitted for final selection. GOVERNMENT PROGRAM AND FACILITY MANAGEMENT \- Optimizing the use of public resources. SOCIAL PROJECTS \- IPHAC implements government-funded social projects targeting communities and supports families whose rights have been violated: basic social protection services, community bonding and strengthening services, and initiatives promoting integration and reintegration into the labor market.
