Join us in building the future of technology! **Position: Human Resources Intern** **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Support the end-to-end recruitment and selection process (job posting, resume screening, initial candidate outreach, and interview schedule coordination). * Assist in candidate hunting and proactive candidate sourcing. * Attend interviews alongside the team. * Support activities related to new employees’ probationary period. * Contribute to organizing and executing internal HR processes. * Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for candidates and employees. * Update internal trackers, spreadsheets, and reports. **What we expect from you:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Familiarity with the LinkedIn platform. **What we offer for this position:** * Internship stipend. * Meal allowance / food voucher. * Transportation allowance. **Join IT-ONE!** We are driven by people: diverse, unique, and essential.
