If you want to be the protagonist of your career in a dynamic and appreciative environment, this is the place for you. \#VemPraESAB **Responsibilities and Duties** Manage and develop an international client portfolio, strengthening relationships and expanding business opportunities; Identify commercial opportunities across different markets and regions, promoting sustainable export growth; Prepare international commercial proposals and quotations, considering Incoterms, freight, taxes, and associated costs; Lead commercial negotiations and presentations with clients and distributors; Perform sales forecasting, target tracking, and management of commercial performance indicators (KPIs); Monitor the full order lifecycle, ensuring alignment between clients and internal departments; Track production timelines, shipments, and deliveries, guaranteeing fulfillment of commercial commitments; Coordinate export operations and international logistics, including documentation, transportation modes, and customs clearance; Ensure documentary, regulatory, and foreign exchange compliance of operations; Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, production, tax, and finance departments; Update CRM records and conduct continuous follow-ups with clients and opportunities; * Contribute to continuous improvement of international commercial processes and strategies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in International Trade, Business Administration, International Relations, or related fields; * Minimum 2 years of experience in international commercial operations or export activities; * Experience with export processes, international logistics, and customs documentation; * Knowledge of Incoterms, international negotiation, and pricing strategies; * Experience managing client portfolios and monitoring commercial KPIs; * Proficiency in Excel and CRM systems; * Intermediate Spanish; * Intermediate or advanced English is considered a plus. **Additional Information** PLR (Profit Sharing Plan) On-site cafeteria or meal voucher (depending on location) Health and dental insurance 24/7 telemedicine Wellhub (Gympass) Medication subsidy Transportation voucher Life insurance and funeral assistance Childcare allowance for mothers Private pension plan SESI benefits and discount club Exclusive ESAB product discounts At ESAB, we believe innovation emerges when extraordinary people unite with purpose.
