Provide training for drivers of various vehicle types THE TRANSPORTATION SOCIAL SERVICE (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORTATION TRAINING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service under CNPJ/MF numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, respectively, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby publicly announce the opening of registrations for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice. **1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to recruit professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND SALARIES OFFERED 2\.. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Traffic) **HIRING METHOD:** Fixed-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). 2\.1\. Work schedule and shifts will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the selected candidate upon call; the candidate must inform availability for the assigned schedule. Candidates who decline the vacancy due to work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **Workload:** 44 hours per week **Salary:** R$ 5039\.75 **Unit:** Avenida Dorinato LimaInconfidentes \| Contagem MG \- 32223160 **Job Summary:** Delivers theoretical and practical knowledge classes and imparts essential skills required for obtaining, modifying, or renewing driver's licenses and authorizations to operate heavy vehicles; also facilitates students' learning processes in Professional Development activities conducted by the Operational Unit (courses, lectures, and seminars) **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** COMPLETED UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE. Proof of mandatory requirements must be provided via: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both signed and stamped (only valid for up to 180 days following degree completion). **AT LEAST ONE OF THE FOLLOWING SPECIALIZED INSTRUCTOR COURSES:** Instructor for Collective Passenger Transport Vehicles, Hazardous Materials Transport, School Transport, Emergency Transport, or Oversized Cargo Transport, issued by an institution accredited by the State or Federal District Traffic Executive Agency. Proof of mandatory requirements must be provided via: a) Copy of course diploma/certificate (valid at time of submission). VALID BRAZILIAN DRIVER'S LICENSE (CNH) – CATEGORY D OR E (WITH MINIMUM 1 YEAR IN THAT CATEGORY). Proof of mandatory requirements must be provided via: a) Copy of valid CNH. **EXPERIENCE:** PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN TRAINING ACTIVITIES. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** All documentation submitted must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be provided via: a) Employer’s statement containing the employer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of service rendered, and detailed description of duties performed; b) Or copy of the Worker’s Booklet (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including identification page and employer registration, clearly linking the candidate’s role to the position sought (only acceptable if the CTPS job title matches the position required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or Autonomous Payment Receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” above if the job title alone is insufficient to prove required experience. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** Experience delivering lectures.
