




**MISSION:** Analyze and improve supply processes, promoting operational efficiency, cost reduction, and compliance with company policies, while monitoring indicators and supporting strategic management of the sector. **SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:** Responsible for analyzing and optimizing procurement processes, monitoring performance indicators, and proposing strategies for cost reduction and increased efficiency. Engages in supplier negotiations, supervision of Assistant and Support staff teams, preparation of analytical reports, and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** o Analyze purchase requests and propose improvements in procurement processes. o Monitor department performance indicators (e.g., delivery times, costs, quality). o Negotiate contractual terms and conditions with suppliers. o Develop and implement strategies for cost reduction and improved efficiency. o Supervise the work of Assistants and Support staff, ensuring compliance with procedures. o Prepare analytical reports for department management. o Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations in all operations. **SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:** o Assist construction sites with questions regarding purchase order entries; o Support the budget and construction departments whenever necessary; o Support the supply and engineering departments whenever necessary; o Substitute for team colleagues during temporary absences, as directed by leadership.
