Responsibilities and Duties * Assist in performing preventive and corrective maintenance. * Carry out minor repairs on building components such as doors, windows, faucets, etc. * Keep the workplace clean and organized. * Ensure proper storage and maintenance of tools and materials. * Follow occupational safety regulations. * Request replenishment of supplies as needed. * Document/Report performed activities and irregularities. * Transport materials and tools to work locations. * Work collaboratively, providing support to technicians and other professionals. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed elementary education. * Minimum of 6 months’ experience in this role is desirable.
