




Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing product quality, team hygiene, pest control, and documentation, as well as performing administrative tasks and overseeing the cleaning team, with a focus on continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Quality management, hygiene, and regulatory compliance. 2. Administrative support and process optimization. 3. Team management and audit monitoring. * Manage digital charts and metadata for the production team (monitor raw material and finished product quality control, production traceability); * Oversee the team’s compliance with hygiene standards and Good Manufacturing Practices manual; * Assist in scheduling and monitoring pest control and waste management activities together with the contracted supplier; * Verify NFs (Fiscal Notes) and forward them to the finance department; * Monitor employees during probation or trial periods; * Request microbiological analyses (water, raw materials, products, and others); manage documentation required for the Sanitary License and coordinate inspections by health surveillance authorities, council inspectors, and others, together with the contracted third-party supplier to ensure quality assurance; * Archive and synchronize, and keep updated informative spreadsheets as well as general document folders aligned with applicable legislation; * Suggest improvements for all deliverables as identified; * Respond to inquiries and communications via telephone or email; * Perform necessary administrative duties as required; * Carry out office tasks as requested by the production and management teams; * Propose improvements to elements within each project; * Be responsible for managing the cleaning team (including conditions and hygiene of machinery and physical infrastructure); * Assist in purchasing requests for raw materials and supplies when necessary, as well as equipment calibration and maintenance; * Prepare meeting minutes for recordkeeping and reference; * And other duties pertinent to the position.
