Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing production quality, hygiene, assisting with administrative tasks, pest control, ensuring compliance with sanitary legislation, and overseeing the cleaning team. Key Highlights: 1. Digital graphics and metadata management for the production team 2. Coordination of the team regarding hygiene and good practices 3. Monitoring visits by health surveillance and council inspectors * Manage digital graphics and metadata for the production team (monitor raw material and finished product quality control, production traceability); * Oversee the team's hygiene verification and adherence to the Good Practices Manual; * Assist in scheduling and monitoring pest control and waste management activities with the contracted supplier; * Verify NFs (fiscal notes) and forward them to the finance department; * Monitor employees during probation or trial periods; * Request microbiological analyses (water, raw materials, products, etc.); track documentation for the Sanitary License and monitor visits by health surveillance, council inspectors, and others, in coordination with the contracted third-party supplier to ensure quality; * Archive and synchronize, and keep updated informational spreadsheets as well as general document folders aligned with applicable legislation; * Suggest improvements for all deliverables as identified; * Respond to inquiries and communications via phone or e-mail; * Perform necessary administrative duties as required; * Carry out office tasks as requested by the production and management teams; * Propose improvements to elements within each project; * Be responsible for managing the cleaning team (including machinery and facility conditions and hygiene); * Assist in purchasing raw materials and supplies when necessary, as well as equipment calibration and maintenance; * Prepare meeting minutes for recordkeeping and reference; * And other duties pertinent to the position Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting from R$2.000,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Possibility of relocation/moving to the job location: * Contagem, MG: Relocate or move to the job location prior to starting work (Preferred) Experience: * In the food industry (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
