Job Summary: Apprentice position to be performed in the afternoon shift, involving freight stub organization, freight balance control, scheduling, and administrative logistics support. Key Highlights: 1. Administrative support and organization of logistics documents 2. Freight stubs and freight balance control and organization 3. Support in scheduling and recording deliveries in the Protheus system Position available for the afternoon shift. From 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM\. **1\. Freight Stub Affixing and Organization** \- Organize and sort all freight stubs returned to the company. \- Place freight stubs in their designated locations. \- Archive freight stubs from invoices and bank documents. \- Enter freight stubs into the Collection & Delivery Portal. **2\. Freight Balance Control** \- Verify freight stubs returned by drivers. \- Check whether drivers have returned corresponding pallets or vouchers. \- Confirm whether drivers are eligible for applicable deductions. \- Generate reports on outstanding balances in the Protheus system. \- Email balances to finance for payment processing. **3\. Pallet Request** \- Submit pallet requests into the system for pallets dispatched from the company, ensuring control and traceability. **4\. Scheduling** \- Coordinate delivery and pickup scheduling with customers according to operational requirements. **5\. Logistics Files** \- Properly archive all logistics documentation, ensuring organization and easy access to information. **6\. Administrative Support** \- Assist in organizing invoices and bank slips, collaborating with responsible departments to maintain organized and up-to-date documentation. **7\. Entering Delivery Dates into the System** Enter delivery dates provided by carriers and direct drivers into the **Protheus** system via Excel spreadsheet, ensuring traceability and accurate delivery updates. **8\. Delivery Incidents** Review incidents reported by carriers and forward them to the responsible party for appropriate action.
