A leader in logistics, rental, and sanitation of mobile restrooms, it serves companies across various sectors with comprehensive services including waste collection, transportation, and treatment. It possesses expertise in operations in remote areas lacking water and sewage infrastructure—such as mining, civil construction, and large-scale events—ensuring efficiency, compliance, and service quality. We are looking for a **Mid-Level Procurement Analyst**. **Procurement Analyst Position:** * Execute direct and indirect procurement processes, including quotations, negotiations, and purchase order issuance. * Manage and develop suppliers, ensuring quality, delivery timelines, costs, and compliance with internal policies. * Collaborate closely with logistics and distribution teams to guarantee adequate operational supply and on-time delivery fulfillment. * Monitor and support the planning and execution of material and supply distribution, considering volumes, routes, and operational demand. * Monitor and control inventory levels, analyzing minimum/maximum thresholds, turnover, coverage, and stockouts. * Conduct demand seasonality analysis to support procurement and supply planning during peak periods or operational fluctuations. * Develop consumption forecasts based on historical data, KPIs, and future demand. * Analyze logistics costs, freight, warehousing, and their impact on the department’s budget. * Ensure inventory data accuracy in ERP systems. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement, logistics, distribution, and inventory. * Support continuous improvement of procurement, logistics, and distribution processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. * Prepare managerial reports and strategic analyses to support decision-making. * Ensure adherence to internal policies, compliance requirements, and best practices in procurement and logistics. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Economics, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of cost and contract analysis, and direct and indirect procurement processes. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate/Advanced Excel); ERP systems (SAP, Totvs, Protheus, Oracle, or similar). **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **Work Location:** Xangrilá \- Contagem. **Benefits:** * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Company-provided mobile phone * Sesc partnership * WellHub (Gympass — discounted gym membership) * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance ***Join our team!*** Compensation: R$4\.000,00 \- R$4\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Company-provided mobile phone * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
