Job Summary: This professional will provide information and guidance, as well as transport patients and visitors to various hospital departments. Key Highlights: 1. Patient and visitor assistance and guidance 2. Transportation of internal and external customers 3. Essential support for daily hospital operations Provide hospital-related information and guidance to patients and visitors; Transport companions to respective departments; Inform patients about department locations; Transport internal and external customers to the requested floor; and perform other duties relevant to the position. High school diploma required. Prior experience in this role is preferred.
