Learn about this opportunity! **OPERATIONAL ASSISTANT** Company: Tora Transportes Location: Contagem/MG **WHAT WILL YOU DO ON A DAILY BASIS?** Your main responsibilities include: supporting the Terminal Maintenance department, receiving and organizing requests, monitoring the fiscal process for maintenance activities, issuing material and service requisitions and reservations, addressing requests from headquarters and branches, ensuring compliance with Tora’s standards and guidelines, performing daily entries into maintenance systems, tracking work orders, verifying invoices and measurement reports, liaising with suppliers for adjustments and renegotiation of deadlines, as well as monitoring e\-mails and sending departmental requests. **WHAT DO YOU NEED TO STAND OUT WITH US?** * Completed high school education; technical training in Electromechanics, Mechanics, or Mechatronics is desirable; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency is mandatory); * Experience in PCM and SAP system is desirable; * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and organizational ability. **WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?** * Meal allowance at the company; * Transportation allowance and shuttle service; * Fresh food basket; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Partnership with Sest Senat; * Corporate University; * Life insurance. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM. **WORK LOCATION:** Av.
