Monitor performance and ensure achievement of established targets **Responsibilities:** * Plan and organize production and logistics processes; * Define required resources, targets, and productivity indicators; * Design and develop logistics projects, sizing needs for human resources, materials, and other inputs; * Oversee implementation of new projects and monitor performance of production and logistics processes, ensuring compliance with established targets. **Requirements:** * Experience in logistics and management. **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Logistics **Working Hours:** 12:30 PM to 10:26 PM **Compensation:** Salary: R$ 2\.743,19 Position Allowance: R$ 1\.097,28 **Benefits:** * Fuel allowance or Transportation Voucher \- (R$ 0.67 per km traveled – round trip from residential address, up to 37 km/day) * Meal Voucher: R$ 31.00 per day * Unimed Health Plan (co-payment) * 20% of the primary member’s monthly premium paid by the company * Dependents receive full discount * Partnerships with gyms, psychologists, and language courses * Purchase discounts Employment Type: Direct Hire (CLT) Payment: R$2\.743,19 per month Work Location: On-site
