Job Description: Yard Supervisor Note: Responsibilities apply to both Bar and Yard Supervise customer service routines within your department; Submit requisitions; Monitor and evaluate team performance; Conduct sales transactions and reconcile the cash register at the end of each shift, whenever necessary; Control and verify supplies required for establishment operations; Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar customers, whenever necessary; Supervise and carry out cleaning and organization of the Bar/Yard; Greet and attend customers, adhering to the Brewery’s high-performance standards; Assemble and disassemble outdoor seating areas, tables, and chairs; Follow instructions and perform workplace cleaning, hygiene, and safety procedures; Increase sales volume in accordance with Brewery regulations; Assist with and execute restocking of kegs and other supplies; Serve meals and beverages throughout all areas, including tables and counters; Assess customer needs and preferences and provide recommendations; Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar customers, whenever necessary; Verify and manage restocking requirements for supplies, materials, or tools sufficient for proper establishment operation. Organize, verify, and manage inventory of work materials, beverages, and food items; Complete daily quality checklists; Communicate company ethics code and corporate culture to the team through meetings, trainings, and personal example; Share periodic performance results and goal achievements with the team; Conduct daily training sessions and meetings with new employees and freelancers; Monitor and supervise freelancer performance; Manage waiting lists and operate reservation lists whenever necessary; Verify and organize inventory of kegs, glasses, and company tools, whenever necessary; Reconcile cash register at the end of each shift, whenever necessary; Assist with establishment promotion upon request, taking photos and/or videos using store equipment.
