**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

**Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT* Generate value for the cooperative member, the community, and the cooperative;
* Manage the PJ cooperative members' portfolio, aiming to become the cooperative member's primary financial option through consultative, transparent, and results-driven approaches, thereby increasing the Product and Service Utilization Index aligned with market standards;
* Foster relationships and retention to expand business, increase product usage volume, and minimize risks;
* Achieve established targets by offering products and services aligned with cooperative members' expectations;
* Ensure client base growth in alignment with defined business strategies;
* Support sales teams in business development, serving as a technical reference within the assigned unit;
* Prospect cooperative members and new business opportunities to strengthen relationships with existing members and expand the cooperative's reach within its operational area;
* Guarantee excellence in service delivery and cooperative member experience.
**Requirements:**
Education:
Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Specialization in Commercial and/or Business areas, or other fields relevant to this position.
Certification: CPA 10 or 20
Technical Knowledge:
* Computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook);
* Negotiation of financial products and services;
* Customer service techniques;
* Financial market;
* Sales techniques;
* Regulations issued by BACEN, CVM, and ANBIMA;
* Financial mathematics;
* Products and services (funding and credit, bank collections, etc.)
