The professional will assist in executing material and service procurement activities, ensuring continuous and efficient operations, cost optimization, and maintaining good supplier relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for those seeking to build a career in procurement within a dynamic and challenging environment. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Assist in researching and prospecting new suppliers, seeking optimal conditions regarding price, delivery time, and quality. * Request quotations for products and services, analyze proposals, and negotiate with suppliers under supervision. * Issue and track purchase orders, ensuring on-time delivery. * Maintain an updated supplier database, including contact information, commercial terms, and history. * Monitor delivery status and resolve potential discrepancies or delays. * Organize and archive documents related to procurement processes (purchase orders, invoices, contracts). * Provide administrative support to the procurement department, assisting in preparing reports and spreadsheets. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in procurement or related administrative roles. * Basic knowledge of procurement processes and negotiation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (intermediate level). * Strong interpersonal and written communication skills. #### **Desirable qualifications (preferred):** * Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in Business Administration, Logistics, Commercial Management, or related fields. * Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. * Negotiation skills and critical analysis ability. #### **Work schedule and hours:** * Monday to Friday * 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Lunch break: 1 hour and 12 minutes * Extended for persons with disabilities (PCD) * Hybrid work model
