Strong communication skills, agility, and intermediate Excel proficiency are essential. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor billing workflow, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines; * Manage shipping workflow according to established procedures; * Process order billing with attention to detail; * Prepare reports on operational incidents; * Provide support to business units by resolving pending issues; * Identify bottlenecks and delays in operational and commercial processes; * Define, populate, analyze, and optimize operational and sales performance indicators. **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Logistics, or related fields; * Experience in administrative and operational routines; * Knowledge of billing and shipping processes; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Proficiency in ERP systems (proven experience); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in managing billing and shipping workflows; * Familiarity with operational performance indicators.
