With 13 stores in strategic markets, it serves the national aftermarket for replacement parts and services for Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Cummins; it is also the authorized distributor of British technology JCB machinery in Paraná and Santa Catarina. We are seeking an Inventory Supervisor to lead warehousing, inventory control, and parts handling operations. The professional will be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, optimizing internal logistics processes, and guiding the inventory team. Responsibilities: * Supervise and guide the inventory team’s activities; * Manage material receipts, issues, and movements within the system; * Ensure warehouse organization and cleanliness in compliance with safety standards and best practices; * Conduct periodic and cyclical inventory counts; * Monitor and report area performance indicators; * Plan warehouse layout to maximize space utilization; * Train and guide the team on procedures and standards. Requirements: * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Logistics or related fields preferred); * Prior experience as an inventory supervisor, team leader, or inventory supervisor; * Knowledge of inventory management systems; * Proficiency in spreadsheets and reporting; * Leadership, organizational skills, proactivity, and strong communication skills.
