Identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction A freight transportation company is seeking an Operations Manager in Contagem. **Responsibilities:** Manage fleet operations, ensuring efficiency, availability, and financial control. Lead the team, fostering cohesion, continuous development, and results-oriented guidance. Plan and supervise vehicle utilization, preventive and corrective maintenance. Track operational, financial, and fleet performance indicators. Manage leasing contracts with partners and cooperatives. Control documentation, fines, insurance, and operational compliance. Monitor revenues, expenses, and operational profitability. Negotiate with suppliers and maintenance workshops. Analyze data, prepare management reports, and support decision-making. Identify opportunities for improvements, cost reduction, and revenue growth. Previous experience as Operations Director, Operations Coordinator, Operations Supervisor, or Project Manager may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
