Strategic position requiring leadership skills and an owner's mindset **Operational Manager** About the Role We are looking for an **Operational Manager** to directly manage the organization, standardization, and performance of our units. We seek a candidate with strong leadership qualities, an owner's mindset, organizational skills, and a focus on results. This role is strategic in ensuring excellence in customer service, process control, and team performance. **Key Responsibilities** * Place purchase orders and manage supply inventory * Monitor and ensure barbers’ service standards * Supervise store physical infrastructure (maintenance, organization, and overall operation) * Identify operational needs and propose improvements * Track goals and performance metrics * Motivate, guide, and inspire the team to achieve targets * Ensure compliance with company processes and standards * Provide direct support to staff and senior management **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday: 8:40 AM to 5:20 PM * Saturdays: On-demand, as needed **Compensation** * Starting salary: R$ 3,000.00 * (Opportunity for growth based on performance.) **Essential Requirements** * Driver’s license category A or B * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and systems) * Leadership profile * Organizational and responsible attitude * Strong communication skills * Proactivity * Problem-solving ability **Preferred Qualifications** * Degree in administration or related fields * Prior experience managing teams * Experience in retail or service industries * Experience in barber shops is a plus Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) permanent contract Salary Range: R$1,779.52 – R$3,000.00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
