





Description: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience in distribution operations / deliveries to end customers; * Experience in people management; * Knowledge of costs and budgets; * Availability for travel and class B driver's license; * Reside in the Contagem/MG region. Coordinate the operation of one or more large branches, leading activities related to goods distribution and transfer, as well as administrative and operational routines and fleet maintenance. Process Management: * Ensure administrative and operational routines are completed within deadlines, such as: route planning, transshipment, customer deliveries, travel schedules, settlement closures, cash handling, return registration system, supplier payments, logistics and cargo documentation, and preventive and corrective fleet maintenance; * Coordinate the logistical operation (warehouse and distribution) owned, outsourced, and by affiliated carriers at the branch; * Prospect and suggest new logistics partners (transfer and distribution) to achieve better cost-benefit for operations and customer service; * Perform controls over claims receipt, losses, and warehouse reconciliation, acting as the focal point between the company and logistics operators; * Guarantee management of the branch infrastructure, including building maintenance, mandatory documentation, and other company assets; * Conduct fieldwork with the sales team, improving interpersonal relationships and identifying improvements and opportunities for the customer and operation; * Execute fleet management and control, monitoring fuel averages, preventive and corrective maintenance, tire control, vehicle documentation, and vehicle PPE; * Develop new suppliers for services relevant to operations; * Manage all branch payments, such as supplies, freelancers, suppliers, freight, etc; Results Management: * Ensure compliance with service levels agreed upon with logistics operators (warehousing), carriers, and affiliates; * Ensure achievement of driver productivity targets; * Guarantee control and quality of transported products delivered to customers without operational losses through delivery monitoring; * Present branch performance results and indicator actions to senior management and logistics management, aiming at achieving goals. People Management: * Execute HR routines under your responsibility, such as conducting selection processes, delivering training, issuing and monitoring termination procedures, controlling employee working hours, among others; * Represent the company as an authorized representative before public agencies; * Provide support to direct supervisors in other branches.
