Our portfolio includes facilities management, logistics, road transportation, industrial consulting, and emergency services. **ABOUT THIS POSITION** The Corporate Controller will be one of the cornerstones in the professionalization of the group's management. Working directly with the holding, the professional will be responsible for consolidating financial information across multiple companies, structuring controller processes, and ensuring that Crosser Capital’s leadership has clear visibility into the performance of each investment. **RESPONSIBILITIES** – Monthly consolidation of financial results from all portfolio companies; – Design and maintenance of a centralized management cockpit (financial and operational KPIs); – Preparation of management reports, income statements (DREs), cash flow statements, and consolidated balance sheets; – Coordination of the budgeting process and monitoring of variances (budget vs. actual); – Support for strategic decision-making through feasibility analyses and projections; – Interface with accounting, internal audit, and tax departments; – Implementation and improvement of internal controls across portfolio companies; – Management of cash, debt, and profitability indicators per company. **REQUIREMENTS** – Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering; – Minimum 2 years of experience in controller functions, preferably within corporate groups; – Proficiency in financial statement analysis and consolidation; – Strong analytical ability, structured reasoning, and executive communication skills; – Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or BI tools. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** – Active CRC (Brazilian Accounting Council) registration; – MBA in Finance, Controller Functions, or Business Management; – Experience with holding companies or service-sector enterprises; – Familiarity with ERPs (TOTVS, SAP, Omie, or similar). **WHAT WE OFFER** – Strategic involvement with direct visibility to the holding's leadership; – Access to multiple business models and management challenges; – Active participation in building the group's corporate governance; – Compensation to be discussed based on seniority and fit.
