Description: Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing asset condition monitoring activities, ensuring reliability, failure anticipation, and high operational availability. Manages the entire predictive program, covering vibration analysis, inspections, online sensors, thermography, ultrasonics, lubricant analysis, and other applicable techniques. Responsible for technical interpretation of trends, correlation between failure modes, and prioritization of interventions, as well as supporting RCM, FMEA, criticality, and failure analyses. Also contributes to optimizing maintenance plans, preparing technical studies, and providing direct support to field teams. Responsibilities and Duties * Manage the predictive maintenance program, ensuring analysis quality and data reliability. * Define asset criticality and plan inspection routes (vibration, thermography, ultrasonics, and oil). * Perform and/or validate vibration data collection and interpret spectra and trends. * Analyze online sensor data and correlate multiple techniques for comprehensive diagnosis. * Participate in RCA, support RCM and FMEA, and optimize maintenance plans. * Configure and maintain predictive sensors and systems, ensuring measurement accuracy. * Prioritize work orders and validate interventions based on technical evidence. * Prepare reports, technical documents, and monitor predictive KPIs. * Support inspectors, field teams, and disseminate best practices. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Production Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 4 years of experience in predictive maintenance. * Knowledge of vibration analysis, offline data collection, and spectrum interpretation. * Experience with online sensors and continuous monitoring systems. * Practical experience in lubricant analysis. * Knowledge of shaft alignment, cardans, and pulleys. * Analytical ability, systemic vision, and sustained attention. * Ability to perform technical tasks and make decisions. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 2512050202181904296
