The Plastic Bag Machine Operator will be responsible for operating machines that produce plastic bags (LDPE, HDPE or blends), ensuring quality, productivity, organization, and compliance with the company's internal standards. Direct involvement in the welding, cutting, weight control, and machine adjustment processes according to the type of bag. Responsibilities * Operate plastic bag machines according to the company's technical standards. * Adjust temperature, speed, blade, and seal settings according to material type and weight. * Perform machine setup at the beginning of each production order. * Check width, length, pleats, thickness, and weld strength during production. * Conduct quality control on produced plastic bags. * Identify and correct welding defects, uneven cuts, measurement variations, or material issues. * Keep the machine clean, organized, and lubricated. * Accurately complete production reports. * Report irregularities to the shift leader or production planning team. * Assist in controlling inventory of raw materials and supplies (tape, blades, knives, tubes). * Follow safety regulations, PPE requirements, and internal procedures.
