They work directly in the production process, ensuring operational efficiency and continuity. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate machinery according to technical procedures and safety regulations; * Prepare, adjust, and feed raw materials into machinery; * Monitor equipment operation to identify faults and irregularities; * Conduct measurements, production records, and monitoring reports; * Perform minor preventive and corrective maintenance as needed; * Support workplace organization and cleanliness.
